The hotel's indoor swimming pool is a seawater pool. The reception staff at the door are very enthusiastic. The sauna can be used privately. Only simple tea and fruit are provided. The breakfast and dinner are honestly very average, but it's better than nothing. The beach is beautiful. Next time I will choose a beach vacation in Croatia.

Great experience. We have only compliments for the hotel and the whole staff. From the booking, through the check in and all the services until the check out was practically perfect. The food both for breakfast and dinner was great (both the variety and the preparation). We were planning to go to a different location in September but after the really great time at the Metropol we decided that we will come back there for another couple of days.

+ sehr schönes, großes Zimmer mit Meerblick + freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter + Frühstücksbuffet mit großer Auswahl - leider war auch nach mehreren Reparaturversuche die Badewanne nicht benutzbar ( defekter Abfluss -stöpsel )

Abbiamo soggiornato al Remisens Hotel Metropol di Portorose dal 24 al 26 aprile 2025 per festeggiare il nostro anniversario di matrimonio, e possiamo dire che è stato tutto perfetto! Prima della partenza avevo letto alcune recensioni contrastanti, ma ogni dubbio è stato rapidamente smentito. All’arrivo, il personale si è subito occupato dei bagagli mentre noi facevamo il check-in. Ci è stata consegnata una tessera per il parcheggio gratuito (contrariamente a quanto letto altrove: non è a pagamento). La camera era pulitissima, con lenzuola candide, moquette pulita e profumata, e un arredamento elegante in stile classico. La temperatura si regolava facilmente dal condizionatore, senza alcun problema. La cena è stata ottima, con una grande varietà di piatti internazionali. Anche la colazione era super: abbondante, ricca e di qualità. Abbiamo usufruito della piscina coperta e della spa e ci siamo davvero rilassati. Il personale è sempre stato disponibile e cordiale, sia al ristorante che alla reception, pronti a fornire informazioni sulla zona. Il servizio è stato impeccabile sotto ogni aspetto. Hotel meritevole delle 5 stelle che porta. Torneremo sicuramente!

Ho tolto una stella alle 5 per diversi motivi. Camera e letti comodi e grandi e ottimi prodotti da bagno , ma la moquette nelle camere e in tutti i piani per noi allergici alla polvere sarà sempre un no. Pulizia eccellente. Ristorante non da 5 stelle. Meglio la colazione che la cena. Scarso l'angolo gluten free alla mattina e assenti torte e biscotti. Personale di sala giovane e cordiale ma inesperto. Check in nessuno parlava italiano. Piscina interna e spa nota negativa. zona piscina maltenuta e sporca. Spa piccolina. Inconcepibile aver visto bambini e uomini senza costume nella spa. Ottimo il parcheggio compreso. Prezzo alto
